Handles are secured with torque pad screws that will not back out. Recommended for use with air entrained concrete. Magnesium floats produce a smoother finish than wood. When executed properly, using a concrete float will push the aggregate down into the concrete itself. This encourages moisture to rise, which assists in the drying process. This is also part of what gives concrete its smooth finish. As a process, floating is actually completed on the vast majority of all concrete jobs, only after it has been poured and leveled.
